Works Method Statement Upon receipt of your order we can provide you with a Works Method Statement which details all the various aspects of the job operations required to fulfil the project. Detailed within this statement is how each job will be completed. Using the appropriator materials and the correct method of working, so as to comply with all Health & Safety at Work requirements. This incorporates, working practices, scaffolding and plant, electric's and any chemical or solvents that may be used.
	Program A documented stage program will be submitted depicting start and completion dates, together with interim phases to be completed, if the contract requires so. The program would normally be made available to you, for your approval and agreement prior to you placing the order.
Completion & After sales Completion All works detailed in our quotation will be complete within the program, on time and in budget. Additional works that may be required, will be priced and approved by the client before commencement of those works. After Sales As with all our contracts large or small, a free, 12 months maintenance program applies in the unlikely event that remedial works are required, due to faulty workmanship or suppliers materials
